Billy Neal began singing and playing the Saxaphone and Guitar at age seven , a music scholar originally classically trained he spent a year at the age of ten with the Royal English Opera Company performing at Covent Garden.

In the UK Billy pieced together and fronted a nine piece Blues outfit performing a Commitments and Blues Brothers tribute show. He quickly became well known on the professional party scene in the UK and performed at venues which included London at The Savoy, The Empire Ballroom Leicester Square, The Cafe Royal, The Hammersmith Palais and The Roof Gardens to name but a few. The tribute band toured all over Europe and released various original CD's and vinyl records. Performing for Princess Diana at Chelsea barracks, being joined on stage by Hal Lindis from Dire Straits and recording at the famous Saw mills and Red Bus studios are a part of Billy Neal's colourful history.

Bill moved to Western Australia in year 2004, all his extended family already having been here for ten years. Bill now performs all around Australia but still returns each year to tour Europe for three months.

Billy Neal is suitable for all functions including corporate events, weddings, cocktail dinners and private parties.
